Language Support Built Into School Culture

Your multilingual learners are capable – you can see it. But something isn’t adding up. Somewhere between the classroom discussions and the written assessments, something gets lost – the ideas, the concepts, the critical thinking.

That’s exactly where The Language Learning Lab can help.

We help schools create equitable, research-informed support for multilingual learners through consulting, professional learning, and practical classroom tools. We:

  • Build inclusive schoolwide language-learning systems that last.

  • Strengthen teacher capacity and confidence.

  • Empower your teachers to maintain academic rigor and support multilingual learners.

  • Shift mindsets to authentically honor and celebrate linguistic diversity.

Nina Hall

After 13 years leading multilingual programs in international schools around the world, Nina saw the same problem repeated everywhere: language support was being treated as an afterthought instead of a core part of teaching and learning. Too often, multilingual learners were expected to adapt to systems that were never designed with them in mind.

That realization led her to found The Language Learning Lab, an educational consultancy that helps schools build mission-aligned systems where language development is embedded across the entire school experience—not isolated in a side program.
