Green School Bali

Systems Implementation & Strategic Long-term Support
The Language Learning Lab led the total transformation of the Lower School EAL program. Doing so meant we:
Developed bespoke, grade-level resources aligned with the Green School’s regenerative design mission.
Delivered whole-staff, departmental, and grade-level training.
Redesigned Language and Admissions Policies.
Led parent engagement on the role of Home Language, including Home Language Plans.
Established leadership structures, including an MLL Leadership Team and Annual Review Board.
Designed and implemented an innovative Grades 3–5 language integration program that enables students with little to no English proficiency to successfully join the Green School. By integrating Home Language goals with explicit English language instruction, the program accelerates English language acquisition while ensuring students access grade-level learning, uphold high academic expectations, and leverage their full linguistic repertoire.
